Toledo Wheels

NODA is proud to introduce the Toledo Wheels program, a partnership with the City of Toledo and Cherry Street Mission, to provide reliable transportation and increase independence for working families. Employed families with fair credit history may be eligible to receive a used vehicle in good condition and make small monthly payments to attain ownership of the car and adequately insure the car. Recipients are prepared for car ownership by receiving instructions in defensive driving, vehicle maintenance, and financial fitness.
